My name is Elayne Gutiérrez. I’ve been with AutoZone for four years, all in Outbound. I started just like you, learning something new every day. Along the way, I became a Trainer, and today I serve as an Advisor.

If there’s one thing I want you to remember, it’s this: you don’t have to know everything today. Ask questions, learn from your mistakes, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Here, we work as a team, we support each other, and most importantly, we work safely. Safety always comes first.
